Supreme Court to conference on Obama eligibility

There has been a dramatic and unexpected breakthrough in the struggle to compel Barack Obama to prove his eligibility to be President of the United States.

In a surprise move, the US Supreme Court has agreed to conference on a case that had been previously rejected on the state level and then turned back by an Associate Justice.

Yesterday in the UK SUN, an article about al-Zawahiri's new terror tape, quotes the alqaida chief addressing Sen. Obama as "son of Malik Al Shabaz (Malcolm X). " Tony Wells' article is a very interesting read! This CANNOT be construed as the ramblings of "some right wing conspiracy nut"! Again, I am forced to ponder, WHY hasn't Obama displayed his documents and scuttled this undercurrent, especially since the US Supreme Court is holding a "conference" on the matter on December 5. I am compelled to consider a combination of the two primary theories that are in seeming conflict, as perhaps simply "both being true, and validating each other!"
1) He was born of Ann Dunham and Obama Sr in Kenya and the President elect is covering up his consequent illegal status re:eligibility.
2) He is the illigimate son of Malcolm X.
I deduct from these a synthesis. He was born the son of Macolm X and Mrs(Ms) "Unamed to date", legally and is a US Citizen. Fearing for his life his was surrepetitiosly scurried out of the country (Moses in the basket?, will probably become the theme), given secretly to Dunham to raise with help (which would explain the picture of Dunham on the beach in a bikini at the time of 3rd trimester of the purported pregnancy). The registration of birth in Hawaii therefor, is not actually going to reveal an "illegal citizenship", but instead an elaborate contrivance, gone bad in the details...after all...who would believe the son of Macolm X could be President?
So the plot thickens of course. If true, when did Obama find out? Will he claim he is only finding out since the "search of records he asumed were accurate, about a life story he believed was accurate, all left him believing he was actually a Sotero/Obama baby? But, since I have been elected, and I am actually legal,
I'll just learn to live with newly rendered self image-which is strictly a personal matter, and America will just have to understand...Fantastic, but maybe closer to the truth than we dare to imagine...sure makes good movie script...Everyone should have fun with this one...or should they? It would certainly put Malcolm's close friend, confidant, and "mentor to his son"...Weathermen-US TERROR leader, William Ayers...in a new and different perspective for the public eye...as well as Rev. Jeremiah Wright...also mentor/friend/pastor/who shares a dual citizenship problem, albeit spirtual...Christian in name/Muslim in view of Jesus...and the list goes on...enter stage left..."the Obamatrons"...like the planet they have chosen their man to guide: they are: slighly out of sync with true magnetic north and spin on different axis; they think they're hot, when really its just normal cycles in motion and the earth corrects itself and cares not for the opinion of man, while politics corrects itself with the shifting whims of the masses; they talk about "the prevailing winds" while ignoring the fact that the direction the earth spins causes the wind-not the spinning of the wind that causes rotation; and most important of all, no matter how large the majority that consents to their rule, neither G-d's truth nor his plan will ever bend to their opinions or programs... however this drama obout Sen. Obama's origins plays out, it is his future that now rules the balance of racial peace, economic stability, Constitutional law, and The Bill of Rights...If either or both of these scenarios has any legitimacy at all,
we and therefore the world are facing terrible consequences as a result...

Supporting the hypothesis that Malcolm X is Obama's father, either literally or spiritually, is the fact that one of the twin daughters born postumously to Malcolm X nine months after his assassination, is named "Malika," meaning "queen" in Swahili and Arabic, including in Kenya. Malika Shabazz's is clearly named for her deceased father, who is inscribed as "Hajj Malik" on his tombstone. Malik means "king" in Arabic, etc. Similarly, Similarly, Obama's first daughter is named "Malia," also meaning "queen" in Kenya, clearly a variant of "Malika." Is this a coincidence or did Obama make it a point to name his own first born after his father, Malcolm X, as Betty Shabazz had named Malcolm's first child born to her after Malcolm's death?

Responding to "just the fact." The twin daughters born to Betty Shabazz at that time are alive. The whole family moved to Westchester - no boys. The whole family moved to Westchester where they had fancy educations. I'll post the link tomorrow evening. One of them endorsed Obama in a news conferencey, saying that Barak Obama and Michelle Obama remind her of the work and approach of her own father and mother.

I have been finding Roman dates in the Code. In the early Roman calendar March was the first month. The Christian Church later changed the year to begin in the 11th month (January), similar to the Hebrew year beginning in the 7th month (Tishrey). So 4-Sixth Month would be 4 August. I also find transliterated English and other languages, phonetic, not necessarily Hebrew style.

This "find" strongly suggests to me that Barack Hussein Obama, the son, was born in Mombassa, Kenya.
