Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), a surrogate for Sen. Barack Obama roped in to bring in Jewish votes in Florida, admitted in a Boca Raton synagogue that "Obama didn't have the political courage to make a statement and walk out" of Reverend Jeremiah Wright's racist Trinty United church, despite the racist, anti-Israel, and anti-American statements that the pastor made, to the congregation's delight.
Shvitzing under pressure from Jewish critics of Obama, spearheaded by Atlas Shrugs blogger Pamela Geller and other members of the "reverse schlep to save the Jews" juggernaut in the Sunshine State, the tongue-tied Congressman already no doubt wishes he could have retracted his videotaped remarks, or perhaps avoided the schlep south altogether.
Asked how Obama could sit in Reverend Jeremiah Wright's church for 500 Sundays listing to the anti-semitic, anti-American diatribes, Nadler perceptively admitted, before his remarks about his man's lack of beitzim, that "This is not going to be complimentary to Senator Obama."
Nadler, laughably, professed that if "that there really were phone banks in Gaza, that would be a major campaign issue". He sid it would be all over the media and be a major problem for the campaign. And laughed at the idea of the Gaza campaign contributions - a story Atlas broke in July.

When Geller queried him about Obama's endorsements by Ahmadi Nijad, Hamas, Farrakhan, Chavez, and Castro, he said: "They're evil but they are not dumb. They endorse him so that people will vote for McCain," she reported.
Nadler also fumbled for an answer when asked about the Iranian threat.
The exclusive report and videotape from Atlas Shrugs of the clumsy handling of questions by the New York Congressman, and his unflattering remarks about Obama, have already been picked up by major media and the reverberations may affect the tight race in the battleground state that decided the 2000 election.
