Hawaii governor: Obama birth records untouchable

Republican Gov. Linda Lingle has placed Barack H. Obama's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to ensure no one -- except Obama or his family -- can obtain access to the original document under any circumstances, World Net Daily reported. The governor's office declined a request made in writing by WND in Hawaii to obtain a copy of the original hospital-generated original birth certificate of Barack Obama, following similar rejections to other journalists and publications, including Israel Insider.

WND was told the official reason for denial of access to Obama's birth certificate would be authority granted pursuant to Section 338-18 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, a provision the anonymous source claimed was designed to prevent identity theft. Still, the source told WND confidentially, the motivation for withholding the original birth certificate was political. The source refused to disclose, however, whether there was any information on the original birth certificate that would prove politically embarrassing to Obama. The source also refused to answer WND's question whether the original document on file with the Department of Health was a hospital-generated birth certificate or a registration of birth that may have been filed subsequent to the birth.

The Governor's office, however, replied that the WND report that Lingle had acted to seal the Obama records was false, and the governor was merely restating the existing privacy protection provisions in Hawaiian law.

The Obama campaign website, entitled "Fight the Smears," posts an image of state of Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" which is not the original birth certificate generated by the hospital where Obama claimed to have been born. Indeed, there are two different hospitals in Honolulu that have been reported as his birthplace.

But Obama's Kenyan grandmother has reportedly alleged that she witnessed Obama's birth at the Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Kenya has told WND that all documents concerning Obama were under seal until after the U.S. presidential election on November 4. There are also unconfirmed reports that Obama may have been born in Canada.

"Fight the Smears" declares, "The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America." The Obama campaign has not submitted the actual document to objective public inspection, except for a photographic session with the FactCheck website backed by a foundation that has also backed Obama's projects in the past. Obama refers to his possession of an original birth certificate in the Dreams from my Father memoir published in his name, but he has never made that document available. Israel Insider has published extensively on the controversy..

Democrats and others suporting Obama were able to dig up more information on "JOE the Plumber" from Ohio in three days than Obama gave on his "vetting"in 13 months. Donations to Obama exceeded 650 Million dollars. Wanna guess where over 300 million came from.....(not from inside the U.S.), but THOSE records are "sealed" too.........such a double standard of hippocracy we have here in what used to be The United States of America. The fact that Obama mentions finding his BIRTH CERTIFICATE (not a Certificate of Live Birth) while he was in high school,,this from his supposed authored book, "Dreams From My Father".
So, he had possession of a REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE at one time, so it does exist.
However, what he provided to his own sites (Fight The Smears) and sites like FactCheck.org which is run by his former employer, Annenberg Foundation (www.factcheck.org/contact) is a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH,,which does not mention specifics as a REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE DOES.
The judge who handed down the judgment in the Berg lawsuit should have, by law, RECUSED himself due to conflict of interest and bias (he law clerked for the same lawfirm where Barack and Michelle Obama and Bernadine Dohnr (radical U.S. terrorist bomber/former Weather Underground, and wife of U.S. radical terrorist bomber murder, Bill Ayers) worked.
They're all in political bed together.
I shudder to think what it will do to this nation if he should "win" the election for which he is not even eligible to run, considering the number of people in high positions who are more than willing to start a civil war/uprising in the U.S. to accomplish their NeoMarxist agendas.

but what's their excuse now for backing him?
what a liar his man is. is there any previous U.S. candidate with a more troubling past than this guy?
who votes for someone who had the gual to present a certificate as genuine but when asked for it finds every excuse in the book why he cant let you see it?

1. OBAMA presented a copy for all the world to see on his website.
2. when asked to produce the PHYSICAL HARD COPY obama refused to.
3. WHY? if the world has already seen it courtesy of you, then what is the problem in producing it?

The fact that he has not released the original records or even submitted the "certification of live birth" to third-party analysis speaks volume. Despite lawsuits in 8 or 9 states, all of which could be obviated by release of birth records, Obama has refused to do so. That suggests there is something to hide. The only way we will find out, it seems, is through a court-mandated judicial process, almost certainly after the election.

And because FactCheck has backed Obama in the past they must be lying to us?

The record of FactCheck.org is better than this article which cites admittedly UNCONFIRMED reports. Evidently the Israel Insider believes Obama must either have been born in Canada or Kenya, but could not possibly have been born in Hawaii. The ONLY hard evidence we have is that he was born in Hawaii. Everything else is hearsay.
