Remember that Hawaii voted Democrat......they support Obama and they are not going to tell the truth anyhow. Factcheck may also be covering up for him as well. The media was slanted in his favor.

Ironic issue and for the fellow obsessives about political~minutia - being a 'natural born' United States citizen defines eligibility run for the office of President. John McCain was born in Panama (then a US territory). He's a barely, lucky guy. If it had been like the US's other foreign terratory, military bases throughout the world - he would have been out of the picture. The founding fathers were 'foresighted'. McCain is technically 'lucky'.

If the current US administration had not made a mockery of justice, I would never have given it a thought. But - the WOT & justice dept have made the US military base in GB Cuba - foreign soil to exclude or evade culpability for lots of reasons, which I won't go into. Like the current TV commercial - (heads tails or both - chose) either, or, BOTH?! Extending that - every US military base on foreign soil, dissallows US citizens born of parents serving in the military - from being "natural born" US citizens, even though they are "US citizens". Too bad Adm McCain was not serving at Centcom somewhere overseas. The GOP might have picked a more qualified candidate. Sad too for any military kid who might be a great leader, who can't go that last mile to serve as president. Maybe that's something to constitutionally amend. . .

More clues into this man ...

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California. He is very open about his two years

at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies. "Barry" (that was the name he used all his life and what his wife still calls him today) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Cha ndoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan.

During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a "round the world" trip. Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia, next Hyderabad in India, three weeks in Karachi, Pakistan where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his father's family. My question - Where

did he get the money for this trip? Neither I, nor any one of my children would have had money for a trip like this when they where in college. Isn't it interesting that Barry Obama can be such a patriotic American when his mother and father didn't love the country enough to live here?
It is after this trip that he asks everyone to call him BARACK not BARRY.

When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York. Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia? It's not cheap to say the least. Where did he get money for tuition? Student Loans? After school jobs? Maybe. I haven't found proof of any.

After Columbia, he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000 a year. Why Chicago? Why not New York? By " chance" he had met Antoin "Tony" Rezko, born in Aleppo, Syria, and a real estate developer in Chicago. By the way, Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery that year but was named "Entrepreneur of the Decade" by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association". Obviously, Obama admired him a great deal and considered him a mentor, otherwise why would a brilliant man like Obama work for a pittance of $12,000, doing menial work? And you would have to ask yourself why he would aline himself with such an unsavory character. There must have been something in it for him.

About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School. Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School? Where did he get the money for Law School? He couldn't afford it on the $24,000 he made in Chicago as a Community Organizer. More student loans? A second job? After Law school, he went back to Chicago. Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. HOWEVER, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill, & Galland. And Guess What??? They just happen to represent Rezar which is Rezko's firm.

Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago. In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago porter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obamas" seed money" for his U.S. Senate race.

In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in the prestigious Kenwood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than the asking price.) Now, with ALL THOSE STUDENT LOANS, where did he get the money for that kind of house, I wonder? Funny, ON THAT VERY SAME DAY, Rezko's wife Rita, baught the ajoining empty lot for full price!!! AND the LONDON TIMES has reported that 3 weeks before this purchase, IRAQI BORN, NADHMI AUCHI, LOANED REZKO $3,5 MILLION DOLLARS!!!

Obama and Rezko met many times with Nadhmi Auchi. Now, we have Obama running for President.

Valerie Jarrett, was once Michele Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz, Iran! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley, advisor to Obama was "sacked" after the press found out he was having regular contacts contacts with "Hamas", which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran. This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will "Take care of things." Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Paki stan? They are in charge of all those "small" Internet campaign contribution for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal "slip" by Barak Obama while talking about his religion to George Stephanapoulos. Obama, said, "My Muslim faith". When questioned, he said "he made a mistake." Some mistake!

Now the BIG question - If this information is true, Why haven't all of our "intelligent" members of the press been reporting this?

I don't care what they say is or isn't on the Document because that document could not have been issued to Obama if I fail to make this clear e-mail me and I will try to explain adding more nuance, visual aids and maybe a spreadsheet or two for the Obama crowd.

The Birth Certificate posted on FactCheck.Org's web site purporting to belong to Obama on it's face is fraudulent. There is no legitimate means by which a Standard Certificate of Birth would be Issued by the State of Hawaii could or would be issued by any person born prior to 1972.

The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program was established in 1911, by the Hawaiian territorial Government, as to register a person born in Hawaii who was one year old or older and whose birth had not been previously registered in Hawaii.

The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth Program was terminated in 1972, by the State of Hawaii. As such all births thereafter were issued a "Standard Certificate of Birth" by the Hawaiian State Department of Health.

The document alleged to be Obama's Birth Certificate is a Standard "Certificate of Birth" issued by the Hawaiian State Department of Health. Problem is the Standard "Certificate of Birth" did not exist prior to 1972.


1. Because Obama was born prior to 1972 his birth would have been recorded and
documented with a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth pursuant The Certificate of
Hawaiian Birth Program as set forth by the Hawaiian Territorial Government in 1911.

2. That the Standard Certificate of Birth Issued by the Hawaiian State Department
of Health was only Issued to those persons born after 1972 meeting the
requirements of proof as established by Hawaiian State Department of Health.

3. That even if Obama requested a change or correction of his Certificate of Hawaiian
Birth pursuant State Law the Hawaiian State Department of Health would Issue
a "Late Certificate of Birth" (which is not the same as a Standard Certificate of Birth)

I. One has no choice but to conclude that as there is no legitimate means by which
the Hawaiian State Department of Health could have issued Obama the Standard Certificate
of Birth he purports to be his birth record as a U.S. Citizen.



Hawaiian State Law states in part:

"Any person to whom a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth has been issued may submit a request to amend an entry, including a legal change of name, on an existing Certificate."
" A request to amend a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth will, however, be considered to be and treated as an application with the Department of Health for registration of a "Late Certificate of Birth" in current use

How's this for an inconsistency?:

August 21: In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate to quell speculative charges that he might not be a natural-born citizen. But the image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document's authenticity...We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship.

August 26: Update. We received responses to some of our questions from the Hawaii Department of Health. They couldn't tell us anything about their security paper, but they did answer another frequently-raised question: why is Obama's father's race listed as "African"?

So, how exactly can FactCheck say on August 21 that "FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate."

and then say, six days later say that ..they couldn't tell us anything about their security paper

They said that they fondled the paper COLB like a newborn baby, but that they did not learn anything about the paper the COLB is printed on?"

And then there's Polarik.

...the fold in the photo is on a diagonal: the distance from the border to the fold on the left side is 20 pixels longer than the distance from the border to the fold on the fold on the right side, adjusting for the perspective.

Why is that important? Because the fold on the Kos/FactrCheck COLB image has a perfectly horizontal fold that's parallel to the borders.

As I've said elsewhere before, Polarik simply has no business talking about graphics and imaging.

You cannot make any meaningful determinations as to relative distances in a digital photograph of a three dimensional object using simple pixel measurements. Perspective, foreshortening and camera lens distortion simply don't allow for such simple pixel counting to tell you anything conclusive.

I discuss this in more detail here as well as explain why it's not unusual at all that the second fold should not have been captured in the scanned image.

The Kos/FactCheck COLB image is the only one out of eight COLB images whose seal cannot be clearly seen under edge detection. Even the FactCheck photo shows it better than the FactCheck image.

What Polarik fails to tell you here is that the seal in the Michele COLB, which can be seen here on his PhotoBucket album, cannot be seen at all, even with image enhancement. In order to make it visible, it had to be "enhanced" by rubbing over it with a pencil and rescanning it, as seen here, again on Polarik's PhotoBucket album.

The photo shows a very clear date stamp and signature stamp, yet only the date stamp was visible with the naked eye and image enhancement.

Evidence of the signature stamp was visible to the naked eye even without image enhancement.

The best that the "Oh, the KOS COLB is real," crowd could offer, even under extreme image enhancement , was an amorphous blob with absolutely zero (0) detail.

To say that there is absolutely zero detail is highly misleading. There was more than enough detail to show that what could be seen of the ink bleed through on the front side was wholly consistent with the signature stamp. I address this in much more detail here.

Enquiring minds already know that Obama's sudden trip to Hawaii had enything to do with his birth certificate, and nothing to do with a vacation. We found it a tad curious that after his return from Hawaii, these photos would suddenly appear on Annenberg-owned FactCheck's website, six weeks after they posted a bogus birth certificate.

Well, I was the one who bound the colorless pixels where there should have been greenish ones instead. Not "pixel halos," as FactCheck said, but gray and white pixels BETWEEN the letters. You would sooner see little green men before you'd ever see "artifacts" like those pixel anomalies I found.

This was debunked long ago, yet Polarik persists in repeating it.

Here are two images that Polarik used to "prove" his point:

God only knows what sort of image mangling he resorted to in order to produce these two images, but as anyone with a pair of eyes can see, they're utter garbage.

Here is an image comparing the Obama and Michele COLBs but without such mangling:

When you take into consideration the fact that the space between the elements of the background pattern is largely white in the Obama image and some shade of green in the Michele image, there's absolutely nothing unusual here.

Why doesn't the KOS COLB look like this document?

Not sure exactly what you mean by "look," but there is absolutely nothing inconsistent between the image of the scanned document and the document shown in the photographs.

Why did this document suddenly appear, after months of controversy, and only after a trip to Hawaii?

Since there's not a single shred of credible evidence that the scanned image is of anything other than the document shown in the photos, and since the scanned image has been publicly available since June 12th, then it's pretty clear that the paper document was in existence well before Obama made his trip to Hawaii.

Why the photographs appeared when they did seems most likely to have been due to Corsi claiming on Fox News that the scanned image on the Obama website was a fake. Before that, no one to speak of outside a handful of blogs knew or cared anything about it.

How did FactCheck get involved in visiting this document?

Maybe they asked?

Just a hunch.

Why weren't other members of the media invited?

Why? It didn't seem that other members of the media cared enough to even ask.

Can you name any other members of the media who had asked to come to Obama's Chicago headquarters to see the certificate who were turned down?

I'm not aware of any.

Pre - 9/11, I received a passport on a signature from my ex-girlfriend stating that she knew me for two years - she was a passport holder with a credit card (State Dept. standards). I provided NO identification whatsoever. Two separate issues, but it highlights a pretty low bar...
