- Got your message, but I had a computer(bug) and not reaching out by e-mail for a while. Read on O's page, You may be a slow learner but I think you leart purty good. This economy crunch can be used as a real Blessing in disquise. Americans are mad. We refuse to bail out the fat-cats. and if we can just get the message out quickly as to exactly who the commie/islamic fat-cats are they could be on their way to prison. Question. You dislike the church, all churches but still hold to the texts produced by the church to be what the church is? Have I got that right?
I reject the church, and a lot of the NT. I have kept the gospels, 2 Peter, 1-3 John, James, Jude and Revelation. Paul and the Hebrews are literally excised from my bible. I do not take them on face value, if they do not jive with the OT, they are out. Even if JC says it, because I realize that in the hands of men who want to control the thoughts of others, even the scared becomes the profane. Case in point, the US Constitution. this while unchanged leads people to a myriad of interpretations, and unless you are willing to look at it from the founders perspectives, the Federalist and antiFederlist papers, its current meaning is vague. Barack Obama and dual citizenship, as a case in point.
BTW, I hope you don't leave as this IS a good place to be involved, despite the challenges to your ideas. You found us for a reason and I for one don't doubt your interest in the welfare of Israel no matter which criminal goofball is in charge of this sketchy democracy.
Challenge my ideas is not the problem, as I said, I finished posting to that particular thread. I said what needed to be said. I am not leaving the Israeli Insider, but I feel that I helped to skew the discussion from where it should have been kept to. Which is Jews have an absolute right to be suspicious of Xian gifts. I was trying to make the point that perhaps Xians should take a good look in the mirror.
When I feel the need to jump in on another thread, I will. But again understand that my current involvement in that particular thread has helped to skew it from its intended purpose, and that is why I am leaving that thread.
