Many nationalist, Zionist Israelis saw Bibi as the great white hope, and after Netanyahu toppled Peres in '96, it was going to be a revolution, wasn't it? But then he was gone, less than three years later, off to make big bucks in speaking tours. Now he's back again.... or is he?
